How to use

HOW TO USE: Use 1 tea bag per cup (200 ml), add boiling water (about 100°C) without pouring it directly onto the tea bag, and let it infuse for 5-7 minutes, covering the cup to prevent the loss of volatile aromatic compounds. Sweeten to taste, preferably with honey. Try it cold too: immerse the tea bag in half the dose of hot water and after 7 minutes add the other half of cold water. Only in this way will you be able to enjoy a cold herbal tea ready immediately, managing to extract all the properties of the herbs.
